1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tb1971 website, registering an account, or using any service made available through the platform — including casino games, the sportsbook, live dealer tables, crash games, and all promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and tb1971. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tb1971 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

tb1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their account dashboard or registered email address. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date on which the most recent revision took effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tb1971 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. tb1971 does not permit minors to register accounts, access games, place bets, make deposits, or claim any promotional offer on the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to hold an active tb1971 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on tb1971 or any related platform operated under the same management.

tb1971 enforces age and identity verification through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to submit a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, passport, or other government-issued identification document to complete account verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld until the KYC process is completed to tb1971's satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on tb1971, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. tb1971 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tb1971. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, tb1971 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide your legal full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a working email address, and your date of birth at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tb1971 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tb1971 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact tb1971 support immediately via live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Never share your account credentials, deposit confirmation codes, or OTP messages with anyone — including persons claiming to be tb1971 support staff.
• Log out of your account when accessing tb1971 from shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to [email protected] immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tb1971 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at tb1971's discretion. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tb1971 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tb1971, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tb1971 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• tb1971 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
• If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes, contact tb1971 live chat support with your transaction reference number.
• tb1971 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 2 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or if additional verification is required.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to tb1971's standard KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the tb1971 account.
• tb1971 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests that are identified as suspicious may be held for review for up to 5 business days.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tb1971 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin campaigns, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless your account settings specify otherwise.
• tb1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through multiple accounts or third-party payment methods, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on tb1971 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds being removed from your account.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players at tb1971 may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the wagering requirement published on the Promotions page at the time of the deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. tb1971 reserves the right to decline a welcome bonus claim if it suspects the player has previously held an account on the platform.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tb1971. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with tb1971.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using third-party funds to trigger bonus conditions, or systematically playing to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or tournament games.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical access restrictions or to falsely represent your location.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the tb1971 platform.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party, including but not limited to acting as an agent for another individual's gambling activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tb1971 staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

tb1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, where prohibited conduct has been identified, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tb1971 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure through the self-exclusion program will have their accounts closed immediately for gaming activity. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. 7.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

If a tb1971 account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or prohibited conduct — tb1971 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. Players whose accounts are closed for breach will not be permitted to re-register on the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

tb1971 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While tb1971 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is accessible, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, tb1971 does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tb1971 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tb1971 platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions that affect platform availability.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or from your use of the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.
• The content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party game provided through the platform. All game outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's certified RNG systems.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

In all cases, tb1971's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
